This 90-proof beauty spent 5 years growing up on the ranch and came out smooth, confident, and just complex enough to keep things interesting. The nose brings oak and citrus to the party, while the palate rolls in with vanilla, caramel, banana chips (yes, banana chips), and a bit of dried hay—because, well, it’s a farm.
