Matured in a mix of first-fill and refill oak casks and non-chill filtered—because we’re grown-ups now—this one opens with a richer, toastier nose than its younger sibling. Starts off with a sweet whiff o’ caramel, nutmeg, and cinnamon—like your Nan’s kitchen when she’s been baking.
Creamy as a pint of dairy straight from the cow, with more of that lovely honey and a wee dollop of vanilla caramel fudge. Blueberries and oranges are back for round two, but now peach joins the party, all flirty and soft. Then—surprise!—a little nutty hazelnut crunch, some cacao, and just a nip of oak. Black pepper, ginger, and cinnamon tap you on the shoulder at the end like, “We’re still here, lad.”
