Strolling through the trees with Rocket Top in hand, and I gotta say—it’s like a cinnamon graham cracker met a polite campfire and decided to hug it out.
NOSE:
Cherry, crackers, and… parsley? Sure. Then the rye kicks in with cinnamon and caramel like it’s clocking in for a shift.
PALATE:
Smooth as a mossy log—cinnamon, toffee, a little minty zing, and enough butter to make your grandma nod approvingly.
FINISH:
Starts sweet, ends spicy. Like a forest fairy with a pepper grinder. The heat sneaks up, but in a “you’ll thank me later” kinda way.
BOTTOM LINE:
This rye’s got quirks—wheat and malted barley where corn usually hangs out—but it works. Warm, weird, and wildly drinkable. Bring a flask.
