In the early 2000s, ripening fruit here was a nail-biter and acidity could strip enamel. Now, while much of Provence is adding acid, our high-elevation vines stay naturally fresh and balanced.

The 2023 vintage brought a dry start, spring rains (plus a little mildew mischief), and the sunny summer we expect. Harvest ran fashionably late, and with Grenache and Syrah at the core—plus Cinsault, Rolle, and a splash of Clairette—this rosé delivers more layers, more lift, and plenty of Provençal attitude.
