Brick & Mortar’s West Block Syrah is a cool-climate, “Pinotesque” red from the Petaluma Gap (Sonoma Coast), featuring high-acid, savory notes of black pepper, plum, and iodine. Founded in 2011, the winery uses minimal intervention, native yeast, and early harvesting to create low-alcohol wines with structure and finesse.
