This pour is like a jazz set in a candlelit bar — smooth, surprising, and a little seductive.

Nose: Starts delicate but confident — cherries, grapes, and nectarines are dancing, while olive oil and herbs crash the party like classy uninvited guests. Cinnamon oak hums quietly in the background.

Palate: Raspberry and oak take the lead, with dried fig and roasted chestnuts stepping in for a cozy, unexpected duet.

Finish: Black cherry and cranberry open the curtain, but pepper and cocoa powder steal the finale, leaving just enough heat to make sure you remember the performance.

It’s an oddball ensemble of flavors, but somehow it all works — like a band you didn’t know existed but now can’t stop listening to.
