The bottle’s all curves and whispers—very femme fatale in a perfume ad kind of way.
Naturally, I assume it’s gonna disappoint me. Most beautiful things do. But then I lift a glass…

The first thing that hits you is caramel and vanilla followed with some green apple and citrus — smells like a fruit stand made love to a bakery.  It’s soft. Inviting. Warm oak and baking spices tag along, trying to be comforting, like a worn-out leather jacket you refuse to throw away.

I take a lazy sip and there’s the caramel and vanilla again…it’s comforting—like clean sheets, or a text that says “I had a good time.”
Cinnamon and rye bread spice crash the party on the tongue, reminding you that yeah, this bourbon’s got some backbone. At 100 proof there’s no burn, just warmth. Brown sugar and malt sneak in like a late-night text you weren’t expecting but secretly hoped for.

The finish?
Vanilla, oak, baking spices all cozying up to each other, lingering but not being clingy…like someone who knows how to leave gracefully.
