NOSE: This one walks into town smelling like a stranger. Light hay, pine, a whiff of oak—nothing too threatening. Then comes the dill. Fresh. Unexpected. Like a ranch hand wearin’ cologne from a salad bar.
It ain’t your typical rye. No fiery standoff here. More like two oddball cowpokes havin’ a polite chat. Strange? Sure. But you’ll sniff twice, maybe even three times, just tryin’ to figure it out.

PALATE: Now this sip? It’s like the rookie deputy with a shiny badge and not much behind it. Light vanilla, a whisper of honey, a cinnamon stick chewin’ on a blade of grass. Then finally, the rye spice pulls its six-shooter—but it’s more bark than bite.
