Inspired by the classic infinity bottle concept — that glorious habit of topping off a bottle with increasingly better decisions — this blend folds in a 22-year-old bourbon, a 10-year-old, and a 7-year-old. In other words: wisdom, confidence, and just enough youthful swagger to keep it interesting and it works beautifully.

Nose: Cinnamon churro jumps out first — warm, sugary, and borderline unfair. Seasoned oak keeps it grounded, while caramel apple and brown sugar add a dessert-cart richness that feels indulgent without going overboard.

It smells like fall decided to show off.

Palate: Cinnamon returns (because it knows it’s the star), followed by plum and black raspberry adding deep, dark fruit richness. Molasses rolls in thick and velvety, giving the whole sip a weighty, luxurious feel.
