The “youngest” of the Face Pappy’s… which is adorable considering it’s 15 years old and costs more than your first car.

Nose: Heavenly? Yes. Dusty antique-shop vibes with varnished oak, chocolate, butterscotch, and a full spice rack (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice). It smells like someone aged a dessert cart inside a 19th-century library. In a good way. A very expensive good way.

Palate: Big oak. Drying tannins. Baking spices punching like there’s rye in the mashbill just to keep you guessing. Then boom—jammy cherry and blackberry roll in like royalty. The mouthfeel? Velvet dipped in caramel sauce. Plush without being hot. It knows it’s impressive.

Finish: Long. Like, cancel-your-plans long. Antiqued oak, cigar wrapper, pepper, clove, cardamom, and that lingering butterscotch sweetness that refuses to clock out.

Overall: Is it the most “complete” Pappy experience? Arguably, yes.
Is it life-changing? Calm down.
Is it ridiculously good? Unfortunately… also yes.
