Nose: Rye spice hits first, then a fruit basket of apricot, apple, and berry, all tied together with a vanilla-oak ribbon. Super vibrant.

Taste: No ethanol slap—just rich, fruity, and oaky with bourbon-y vibes (without trying to be bourbon). Rye’s grassy character holds strong with spice threading through it all.

Finish: Long. Really long. Like, “still thinking about it an hour later” long. Ends with spearmint and grassy rye. Total standout.
